Payment Guide

1. When purchasing products from Icon Welfare Mall, you can choose between credit card payment and bank transfer.

2. For customers who choose bank transfer, please make sure to include the depositor's name (the name of the person who placed the order).

3. When making a bank transfer, please enter the exact amount of the order to avoid any errors.

4. If there is a discrepancy during the transfer process, please leave a message on the inquiry board with your preferred method of receiving the remaining amount (accumulated points or refund), along with your account details, bank name, and account holder's name.

5. If you have made a transfer but it has not been confirmed after some time, please contact us via the inquiry board or call 1877-5508.
