Cancellation Instructions Before Product Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before the product is shipped, please follow these instructions:

▶ Member Order Cancellation

Please go to the website > My Page > View Order Details > Click Cancel Order.

▶ Non-Member Order Cancellation

Please leave a cancellation inquiry post under 1:1 Consultation > [Cancellation] category.

Be sure to provide your name, contact information, and order number for cancellation to be processed.

Please note that cancellation can only be processed until the status is [Preparing for Shipment], and it may be difficult to process after the order is transferred to the courier.

- If cancellation is not possible via mobile, please use a PC.

- If cancellation is unsuccessful, please leave an inquiry post or contact customer service.

- Please make sure to leave your inquiry under [Cancellation Inquiry] in 1:1 consultation. If you leave it under a different category and do not provide contact information, cancellation processing may be delayed or impossible.
