¢º Return / Refund / Exchange
- Firstly, please submit a return request on the 1:1 consultation board at the Customer Service Center.
- The one-way return/exchange shipping fee is 5,000 KRW prepaid. (Additional charges may apply for remote areas)
- Return Address: Please refer to the delivery address of the delivered product as the shipping origin may vary for each product.
(However, exchanges or returns can be requested within 7 days after delivery, or within 14 days if there are defects or discrepancies in the product)
If you need detailed information about the reason for return or are unsure about the return address,
please contact the Customer Service Center or leave a post in the 1:1 consultation, and we will respond to you.
For detailed refund inquiries, please proceed through the 1:1 consultation or contact the Customer Service Center.
Note! When processing refunds, the order shipping fee and used mileage will be deducted. (Even if it's for skin issues)
Customers who wish to return / refund are requested to refer to the following:
* Cancellation requests are only possible before the item is shipped. After shipment (preparation or delivery), it must be processed as a return.
* All returned items will be disposed of.
* We cannot assist with lost items sent back arbitrarily.
* Please do not send returns arbitrarily.
1. In case of a change of mind:
- Returns are only possible for new, unopened products within 7 days from the shipping date (without any traces of box opening).
- If you received a gift, you must return it as well. Refunds are not available for used mileage.
- If the item arrives without a gift, the corresponding amount will be deducted, and refunds are not available for used mileage.
2. In case of product defects or wrong delivery:
- Exchange/return is possible within 7 days from the shipping date, and the shipping fee will be borne by the respective company.
(Please upload photos proving product defects or wrong delivery to the 1:1 consultation.)
- However, we cannot assist with arbitrary returns before confirming the defects.
3. In case of skin issues after using the product:
Within 14 days from the shipping date, attach a prescription and medicine bag received from a dermatologist, along with photos of skin troubles (before and after use),
and leave a post on the 1:1 consultation board. We will assist you with the refund and return process after verification.
4. Cases where returns/refunds are not possible:
- If the packaging is opened or the product value is compromised (including box damage)
- If more than 14 days have passed since the shipping date, even in case of skin issues
- If more than 1/3 of the product is used
