- Exchanges are only possible for unopened, new products, and if the price of the item you want to exchange for is equal to or higher than the price of the purchased item.
- The one-way return/exchange shipping fee is 5,000 CNY. (Additional charges may apply for remote areas)
- Shipping fees must be paid in advance. (Amount may vary)
- When exchanging, please contact the customer service for the address to send the item. Do not send the item via courier arbitrarily as the shipping origin may vary for each product.
[Cases eligible for exchange and return]
1) Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product (However, exchanges or returns are not possible if the packaging is opened or damaged, resulting in loss of product value)
2) Within 15 days from the date of receipt if the content of the received product differs from the displayed or advertised content
3) In case of product defects, exchange for the same product is possible.
[Cases not eligible for exchange and return]
1) If the product is lost or damaged due to customer's fault
2) If the packaging is opened or damaged, resulting in loss of product value
3) If the value of the product decreases due to customer's use or partial consumption
4) If the value of the product significantly decreases to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time
5) If the customer changes their mind, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. (However, in the case of exchanging between products, the customer is responsible for the price difference and exchange shipping fee)
